Stefan Junk Holding UG is the data controller for PawWise Picks. The site has no newsletter, email capture, account, advertising pixel, or user profile. Optional Firebase Analytics loads only after explicit consent.

The starter checklist is a direct download. No email address is requested, submitted, stored, sold, or shared by PawWise Picks.
Email the privacy contactFirebase Hosting, a Google service, delivers the site and necessarily processes request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security signals. This processing supports reliable and secure delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting logs are handled under the applicable Google/Firebase service terms and retained only as required for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Firebase Analytics by Google is disabled by default. It initializes only after “Allow analytics” is selected. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG.
After consent, Google may process the page URL and title, event timestamp, browser and device information, IP-derived approximate location, and cookie or device identifiers. PawWise Picks sends manual page views, Core Web Vitals, and anonymous counts of browser errors. Error text, stack traces, email addresses, checklist data, form values, query strings, and decision-finder selections are not sent.
Google Ireland Limited is the service recipient/processor for EEA users and may use approved transfer safeguards for processing outside the EEA. The controller limits user-level Analytics event retention to no more than 14 months; aggregated reports may remain without direct identifiers.

The choice itself is stored in localStorage so the site can remember it. “Privacy settings” remains available on every page to clear the choice, stop future Analytics collection, and ask again.
Withdrawal affects future collection and does not invalidate processing that occurred while consent was active. Browser storage can also be cleared through browser settings.
Newsletter signup and email delivery are disabled for this release. PawWise Picks does not ask for or retain an email address. Enabling either capability would require a new human-approved privacy review and updated notice before collection begins.
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and may complain to a data-protection authority.
The competent authority for the Berlin controller is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
